    1. Does Racism Exist Within MY Workplace? In this segment, Wandile explores the different sources of our understanding of race and how our perceptions of the topic affect our work. We are as divided by whether or not racism exists as racism itself.

    3. Anchoring Bias - In this segment, Bianca Dlamini help us understand how our perception of race is subjective but that’s not a bad thing. This just means that, given a new frame of reference we can have a better understanding on race within our workplace.

    4. Motivated Reasoning - In this segment Wandile and Bianca explore studies that suggest that people are against anti-racism because if they accept the world isn’t just that means they accept that they’re also a part of creating an unfair world.

    1. Why Should I care? - Wandile explores how our level of interest towards equity is related to what researchers call ‘social value orientations,’ in other words what things matter to you---he further breaks down how racism affects us all.
